We have two versions of our COACHING program with different levels of support:
CORE PROGRAM
BUSINESS PLANNING SESSION
You’ll complete a four hour Business Planning Session with one of the Thrive CA team which will essentially take your dreams for your business and lifestyle and break them down into goals with actions and due dates. This plan becomes your guiding document to deliver the business outcomes you dream of.
CASHFLOW FORECAST
We then take the budget from the Business Plan and build a 12 month Integrated Budget and Cashflow Forecast which breaks your budget down into monthly targets with full details of income and expenses including tax, drawings, asset purchases and loans. This shows you the numbers you need to achieve your desired business outcomes.
QUARTERLY PERFORMANCE REPORT
Each quarter you'll receive a business performance report which summarises your results for the quarter, identifies areas that need to be focused on to reach your goals and provides analysis of the key performance indicators for your business.
QUARTERLY REVIEW
We’ll then meet with you every quarter to review your actual results, clarify areas where you can improve your business performance, set 90 day goals and identify strategies to achieve those goals.
MOMENTUM CALL
Mid-quarter we'll touch base with you with a 10 minute momentum call to review progress on your 90 day goals, help you address any road blocks that you currently have and ensure that you are on track to achieve your goals before the end of the quarter.
EMAIL SUPPORT
We’re here to support you so you’ll have access to the team at Thrive CA by email throughout the program for any questions or for feedback between sessions.

As small business owners we all go through periods where we lie awake at night worrying about paying the bills or a difficult issue that we have within our business. What does the Business Planning Session Cover?
A member of the Thrive CA team facilitates the workshop. Before the session, we’ll give you some work to complete, so we have all the information we need to create an effective plan.
The sessions cover: setting personal and business goals for the coming year, strategies to support those goals, setting realistic targets and KPIs, and identifying weaknesses in your business that need to be managed. If we identify any critical issues, we’ll help you develop an immediate 90-day action plan to help resolve them.
What do you cover in the Quarterly Review?
The quarterly review is an opportunity for us to get together to review your results from the last quarter, review your plan and agreed actions and then set your goals and actions for the upcoming quarter. You'll also have the opportunity to discuss any other burning questions or issues that you are experiencing.
How do I know if we are a good fit?
For this program to be effective, it is critical that we are a good fit for each other. This is why we get you to complete an application form for the program and once received we will schedule a 30 minute discovery call with you to discuss the program and identify if it is appropriate for you.
How are the sessions delivered?
The Business Planning workshops are delivered as 2 x 2 hour online workshops delivered via Zoom teleconferencing. These workshops can be delivered in person for an extra charge and subject to availability.
All other sessions are scheduled online and conducted via Zoom teleconferencing. This means that we'll both save time and your costs are reduced as we dont have to travel to meetings.
Can I contact you between sessions if I have questions?
Yes you have access to email support throughout the program for any questions or feedback between sessions.
What if I can't afford business success coaching right now?
We understand that every business is in a different stage in their growth and financial position which is why we have programs that cater to different circumstances. What payment options do you provide?
Given that you are committing to a twelve month program, we require all monthly payments to be made by recurring credit card or direct debit payment. These facilities will be set up as part of the program registration process.
Do you offer a discount for upfront payment?
Yes, if you would prefer to pay the full 12 month program fee prior to commencing the program we offer a 5% discount on the program fee.
